This weekend we went camping and I started teaching my kids some easy card games. Except, for a 3 & 5 year old, holding a massive hand of cards, like you need to do in Go Fish, is no easy task. So, I put on my thinking cap and came up with this dirt cheap and ridiculously easy DIY.
My kids have such a hard time holding cards the right way. Do yours? I’ve seen card holders

How To Make This DIY Card Holder for Kids

- Buy a pool noodle at the Dollar Store. (or buy several, there are tons of uses for them)
- Cut it into 5 or 6 equal pieces with an X-ACTO Knife
- Then make a slit by cutting a line, lengthwise, in each pool noodle piece.
- Use it to hold your cards!
If you buy a pool noodle for .99 and cut each pool noodle into 6 pieces, each one costs 16.5 cents!
My kids love it and we’ll be using it for many more games of Go Fish. (Which is much more fun when you can’t see your opponents’ cards)
